Born in 1976, Baldvin holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Akureyri and studied at Vienna University of Economics & Business.

Baldvin joined Air Atlanta in 2001 and has served in various positions within the Company ever since, and overseen an array of projects in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

As SVP Sales & Marketing in 2008-2018 and as the CEO and a member of Air Atlanta’s Executive Committee since 2019, Baldvin has been instrumental in the fleet- & business development of the two airlines and their success in recent years.
